There is one truth about being on top it is that there is nowhere to go but down. That's what happened to Kristi Yamaguchi on Dancing With the Stars. Both her performances tonight were mediocre at best, well for her anyway. She is so talented and a gifted performer...it was almost like she was just phoning in her performance tonight...and she still came in second according to the judges scores. Receiveing 54 out of a possible 60 Kristi and Mark were only one point behind Jason Taylor who finished atop the leaderboard tonight.

Despite finishing less than first for the first time this year (I think) Kristi and Mark are still way ahead of everyone else this week.

With the sympathy vote that Cristian will get for his injury, I'll be looking for Mario to be shown the door this week. Tune in Tuesday night and see if I'm right!

Another Week with Kristi Yamaguchi on Dancing With the Stars!

Safe from another round of elimination last week, we'll get to see Kristi Yamaguchi on Dancing with the Stars again this week. Her performance last week was flawless earning her the coveted perfect score of 30 from the judges. America seconded the vote of the judges keeping her in the lead on Dancing With the Stars yet another week.

Last week Marlee Matlin clearly was not up to her earlier week performances and the judges and the voters told her so. Marlee Matlin was eliminated but received a standing ovation from everyone in the ballroom and even a personal way-to-go encouragement from her friend Tom Bergeron, co-host of the program.

We also got to watch the budding romance between Shannon Elizabeth and her dance partner Derek Hough. Scenes on the beach from the practice week and googoo eyes during the performance tell the story.

This week will likely see another guy eliminated from the competition. Its just time. So I'd say we're safe to see Kristi Yamaguchi on Dancing with the stars yet another week.

Buy the way her name is Kristi Yamaguchi not Christi Yamaguchi or Christy Yamacuchi...just to be clear.

I've said it before and I will say it again...this season is Kristi Yamaguchi's to lose on Dancing With the Stars. Every week she seems to be picking up steam and getting just a little bit better. I guess being off the ice for a while it has taken some performing got get back in her rhythm but man...she's got it now.

No body is even going to come close to Kristi Yamaguchi on Dancing With the STars so unless she really blows one or breaks a bone or something...ladies and gentlemen, your winner is...!

No matter, there's still plenty of good stuff to see and watch so keep tuning in to see Kristi Yamaguchi on Dancing With the Stars every Monday and Tuesday night on ABC.

WOW...what else can you say? Wow.

Kristi Yamaguchi is, IMHO, going to win season 6 of Dancing With the Stars! Just her ability to entertain if nothing else put her ahead of everyone else of the dancefloor. Mario might be her only real competition on the guys side. As for other ladies, I think Shannon Elizabeth is doing a great job and works really hard and wants to win, but I'm just not sure she's got what it will take to defeat Kristi Yamaguchi on Dancing With the Stars!

As I've been saying all along...Kristi Yamaguchi has an advantage over her competition on ABCs series Dancing With the Stars! Last week she did the Mambo, a dance she said she was uncomfortable doing and she nailed it. In her introduction vid she talked about how dancing is different than skating but that the entertaining aspect is the same. Just ask Monica Seles how important the entertaining element is to staying on the show! Anyway, tonight is week three and we're sure to see Kristi do another knock-out performance. The cast for Dancing With The Stars season 6 was announced Feb 18th and we've got all the info right here! In addition to Olympic skater Kristi Yamaguchi, The other cast will be:

Marlee Matlin - Hot Oscar winning, deaf actress who has done more in Hollywood than most actors/actresses. AS with all our fine contestants, we won't have any nude photos of Marlee Matlin here nor will we have any nude pics, so don't ask!
